These three lists are a mix of homes including Short Sales, Fixers to pristine move in ready short sales in addition to traditional sales and foreclosures. Ranging in list price to $400K I have attempted to cut a wide swath through the market place with this search.

What do they all have in common? They are all priced at less than $100 per sq. ft.

Each of these three sought after areas have an average of $134 to $138 per sq. ft. list price.  This is quite a discount (some up to 40% below average) and the list is rapidly changing.
